Thursday night a quick storm blew through. We heard 3 loud bangs, and our lights went out. We are guessing that lightning struck the transformer next door at Ptarmigan beach. Our power was restored quickly, within an hour or two. The next morning, Darrell went down to the beach and found that a boat from up the shore had flipped, blew up against the dock, and sank. The micro-burst also caught a jet-ski holder, and sent it and the jet-skis sailing. The boat was leaking fuel, and the fire department was there as well to contain it. Luckily, we had no damage to our trailer or the park trees.
